RemeCare (consisting of a web platform and smartphone application) is intended for use outside the hospital and allows caregivers to monitor their patients remotely. The target group consists of all patients who can benefit from non-invasive monitoring of (non-)vital parameters. By remotely monitoring the health of the patient via RemeCare, the care provider can intervene early when certain symptoms occur.

RemeCare is designed to 1) enable the patient to improve self-care, to be more involved, and to increase therapy compliance; and 2) allows the caregiver to monitor the treatment more closely and adapt it to the needs of the patient at any time without compromising the patient’s clinical condition or safety.

It is a value-based solution that responds to the triple aim: improved patient outcome, increased care efficiency, and cost-effective.
